Account Management Master Sheet

The Account Management Master Sheet is the go-to reference point for Account Management documentation. It carries over key data from the Support & Maintenance Master Sheet and provides a high-level overview of Agile Collective accounts.


Harvest

Harvest is the true reference point for hours logged towards projects and support. It should be used as the first review point for client hours.


Support System

The support system is used to review client tickets.


Email

Clients often prefer this form of communication. Important emails should be shared in Rocket and copied into the CRM.


Rocket

Used for internal communication about client work and relationships.


CRM

Xero

Xero provides Account Management oversight on contracts and billing history for clients. It can be used as a reference for answering client questions.


Projects Playbook

The Projects Playbook is the official reference point for Agile Collective processes and projects. Use this to answer client inquiries on process and as a reference for handover processes between projects and account management.
